Photos: Pregnant Woman 2 Weeks before labour Posts Pictures Of Herself Weightlifting!

This heavily pregnant mother has sparked a fierce online debate after
she posted pictures of herself lifting huge weights on Facebook.35
years old Lea-Ann Ellison is two weeks away from giving birth!!
But instead of taking things easy, preparing for her big day, Lea-Ann
shared these pictures of herself following a strict fitness regime
called CrossFit, designed for military personnel and professional
athletes.
She had captioned the picture, saying:
Eight months pregnant with baby number three and CrossFit has been my
sanity. I have been CrossFitting for 2 ½ years and strongly believe
that pregnancy is not an illness, but a time to relish your body's
capabilities to kick ass."The fierce debate has some people saying the
pictures are beautiful and praised Ellison for keeping fit, while a
lot more branded her "plain silly" and even accused her of endangering
the health of her unborn child.
"If anything happens to your baby due to your stupidity, I hope you'll
be able to handle your guilt," another person wrote. "Pregnancy is NOT
the time to be taking silly risks."
"This is a good way to lose your baby."
This is actually sickening, I hope pregnant around the world do not do
this kind of crap! I am a CrossFit enthusiast but I DO NOT recommend
this at all. Doctors always strongly suggest not to lift heavy weights
because you can sever your placenta and cause major damage, early
labor and miscarriage .... Posting this picture gives people the wrong
message that this is OKAY when it's not!!!!" Ellison — the mother of
an 8-year-old boy and a 12-year-old daughter — said she trains to
maintain her 'HOT mom' image.
Pregnant women are usually advised to exercise during pregnancy
because it can help them cope with labour and get back in shape after
giving birth
